New to meditation or new to Shambhala? Welcome! We offer a number of ongoing weekly programs, which are a great way to get started. No fees and no registration required. Drop in anytime, in person or online.

 

Monday and Friday mornings: 9:00 – 9:30 AM CST
Morning Meditation & Qigong | Online
Start each Monday and Friday with 30 minutes of Qigong and group meditation practice (with instruction). All are welcome.

 

 

Tuesday evenings: 6:30 – 7:15 PM CST
Open Meditation: Community Sit | In Person
Join us Tuesday evenings for group meditation practice (with instruction), a short reading, discussion, and socializing. All are welcome.
