Sadhana of Mahamudra – June 26th at 11am eastern
Our Ukranian sangha invites you to join in a worldwide practice of the Sadhana of Mahamudra. The practice will happen in lieu of our regular tonglen session. The session will be led by members of our sangha in Ukraine, in Ukranian, with the text screen-shared in both Ukranian and English.
We will access it with the same Zoom link above.
The whole session will last approximately 90 minutes.
