Winter Reset & Retreat | In Person and Online

Regular practice is great. But retreat practice is where you grow. And since winter is the perfect time for retreat, please consider joining us in practice. This simple retreat will include meditation instruction, talks and discussion.
Hours will be 9 AM to 11:30 AM, and 1 PM to 3:30 PM CST each day. You may participate all five days, a single day, or a single session.
This program will be held in person at the Shambhala Meditation Center of Milwaukee. If you cannot attend in person, we will provide you with an online option.
Everyone is welcome, whether you've never tried meditation or you've been practicing for years.
Suggested program price is $20 per session or $100 for the full week. As always, please take advantage of our Generosity Policy and pay what you can.
