As the path continues, we learn to work with anxiety, so that we are not blocked by fear. Through an exploration of the traditional Buddhist teachings of mind and the nature of reality, we learn to see clearly. We dare to face life and death as they are. The meditator, open to uncertainty, goes beyond hope and fear.

Through an exploration of the Buddhist teachings on emptiness and clear-seeing – meditation mixed with the vastness of space – we are opened to groundlessness, uncertainty and the creativity of the world as it is. By exploring the entrapping emotions of hope and fear, we learn to soar fearlessly like the mythical bird known as the Garuda.

Pre-requisites: Contentment in Everyday Life and Joy in Everyday Life

GENEROSITY POLICY
We have a generosity policy to make our offerings available to all who wish to participate. If the program price is an obstacle for you, please consider what works for you, and offer as much of the program fee as you can. For those who can offer more than the program price, we have a “patron price”. Your generosity in offering the patron price helps cover the costs for others who are not able to pay the full price.
